After breakfast, depart for the enchanting blue city of Chefchaouen, located in the Rif Mountains. The scenic drive passes through lush landscapes and traditional Berber villages. Stop for lunch along the way and short breaks to stretch and enjoy the views. Arrive in the evening and check in at TAJ Chefchaouen or similar. Spend the evening strolling the charming blue-painted streets, soaking in the serene ambiance of this picturesque town.

Enjoy breakfast before a morning walking tour of Chefchaouen’s medina, admiring the town’s signature blue hues and artisan shops. Depart for Fes, passing scenic countryside and small towns. Stop for lunch en route and arrive in Fes in the evening, checking in at Riad Maison Bleue or a similar hotel. Evening at leisure to relax or explore the hotel surroundings.

After breakfast, spend a full day guided through Fes’ historic medina, one of the world’s largest car-free urban areas. Explore narrow alleyways, bustling souks, traditional artisan workshops, and landmarks such as the Bou Inania Madrasa and Al-Attarine Madrasa. Enjoy a lunch stop (at your own expense). Afternoon is free for independent exploration, photography, or sampling local pastries and mint tea in a traditional café.

Depart after breakfast for Merzouga, traveling through the scenic Middle Atlas region. Visit Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland,” and Azrou with its cedar forests and Barbary macaques. Continue through the dramatic Ziz Valley, stopping for photos and lunch along the way. Arrive in the evening at Sunrise Palace Merzouga or a similar hotel. Enjoy dinner and prepare for the upcoming desert adventure.

After breakfast, embark on a 4×4 adventure exploring the Erg Chebbi dunes. Visit small desert villages and sand dunes, enjoying the unique landscape. Stop for a traditional Berber pizza lunch. In the late afternoon, ride camels for approximately one hour to reach the desert camp. Spend the evening around a campfire under the stars, enjoying local music and a traditional dinner, and overnight in a Berber-style desert tent.

Depart the desert camp after breakfast, heading toward Ouarzazate. Stop at Todra Gorge, marveling at its dramatic cliffs, and continue through the Valley of Roses (Kelaat M’gouna), famous for its fragrant rose fields. Enjoy lunch along the way. Arrive in the evening and check in at Dar Amoudou or a similar hotel. Dinner at the hotel and a chance to relax after a scenic day of travel.

After breakfast, stop for photos at Taourirt Kasbah, and visit Ouarzazate’s famous film studios. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou, a stunning ksar of earthen buildings, historically a caravan stop along the salt trade route. Lunch en route. Continue to Marrakech, arriving in the evening. Take a guided walk through the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, experiencing street performers, food stalls, and the lively atmosphere. Dinner at a local restaurant (at your own expense).

Begin with breakfast, then embark on a guided tour of Marrakech’s medina. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, and explore the vibrant souks filled with spices, textiles, and handicrafts. Enjoy lunch at your own expense. The afternoon is free for personal exploration, photography, or relaxing at your riad. Evening at leisure to wander local streets or enjoy Moroccan cuisine.

After breakfast, transfer to Mohammed V International Airport for your return flight. As you look back on your 12-day Moroccan adventure—from ancient medinas and sweeping deserts to colorful cities and welcoming locals—you’ll carry home a wealth of unforgettable memories and stories.
